Asian Beat India - Rules & Regulations
Q: What is Asian Beat?
A: In 1998, Yamaha Corporation started “Asian Beat” – one of the biggest amateur band contests held throughout many regions in Asia. The contest starts out with a hunt for amateur bands in all cities of participating Asian countries; and culminates in an international contest of the best band from each of these countries – to identify the top amateur band in Asia. In past years, world famous musicians such as Nathan East, Wes Borland, Tommy Aldridge and Billy Sheehan have been involved as judges for Asian Beat. The upcoming thirteenth Asian Beat 2010, shall unfold in ten Asian countries – with the finalists meeting in Bangkok for the Grand Final in November. (http://asianbeat.yamaha.co.jp)
